2. What is a cookie

We use this to measure how many visitors we have, which pages they view, and where they leave. We use that information to improve the website. We view this data in aggregated form and do not link it to your patient file.
Marketing cookies

6. Third-party cookies
Some parts of our website come from third parties. As soon as such a component loads, that party can place cookies and process data according to its own policy. We have only limited control over that.
- Doctena, for booking appointments online. The calendar module only loads after you accept the corresponding cookies or open the module. Their privacy policy can be found on the Doctena website.
- Video hosting, for the video on our homepage.

If such a party processes data outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of an adequacy decision or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
Adjusting your choice
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time. This works just as quickly as giving consent.
If you withdraw your consent, we will stop placing those cookies. You can delete cookies that are already on your device yourself via your browser, see the following point.

If you refuse all non-essential cookies, the entire website remains fully accessible. You can read our information, view our clinics and treatments, and call or email us for an appointment. Only third-party components, such as the online calendar or a map, will not load automatically, and we cannot include your visit in our statistics.
You will never receive less care or different treatment because you refuse cookies.
10. Changes and contact
If we add a new tool or if anything changes regarding the cookies we place, we will update this policy. The date at the top shows when the latest version took effect.
