A prosthesis that fits well, feels good, and lasts a long time.
Whether you need a denture for the first time or are no longer satisfied with your current dentures: at Nüvodent we make every type of denture completely custom-made.
From a traditional denture to a secure implant-retained denture, manufactured in our own dental laboratory.
Comfortable eating, talking and laughing.
A dental prosthesis replaces missing teeth and the surrounding gums. A good prosthesis does much more than just fill an empty space.
It provides support to your face, lets you eat and speak with confidence again, and ensures a natural smile.
The right solution depends on how many teeth you are missing, the condition of your jawbone and gums, and your preferences in terms of comfort and stability.
Which prosthesis suits you?
From fully removable to snap-in on implants, every denture at Nüvodent is custom-designed and crafted.
Complete denture
A complete denture replaces all teeth in the upper or lower jaw when there are no natural teeth left. It rests on the gums and jawbone and is completely customized to your mouth.
Partial removable denture
When you still have a few natural teeth of your own, a partial denture replaces the missing teeth. It rests on the gums and is attached to the remaining teeth.
partial denture
A frame denture has a fine metal skeleton. As a result, it is stronger and thinner than a classic acrylic denture and often offers extra stability and comfort.
Flexible denture
A flexible denture is made of supple, metal-free nylon. It has no visible metal clasps and is a lightweight and discreet solution.
Immediate or direct prosthesis
This prosthesis is prefabricated and placed immediately after the teeth are extracted. This way, you do not have to go without teeth during the healing period.
snap-in denture
An overdenture clicks firmly onto implants while remaining removable for cleaning. As a result, the prosthesis moves much less while eating and speaking.
Would you prefer something that is completely fixed?
A classic denture is removable. If you prefer teeth that stay in place day and night, we will look into fixed solutions on implants.
Removable denture
An accessible solution suitable for many different situations. You remove the prosthesis to clean it thoroughly.
With a few implants, a removable denture can also be made significantly more stable.
Fixed teeth on implants
For those who want maximum stability, fixed implant-supported solutions are possible. In this case, the teeth remain in place day and night.
For this, we look at individual implants and complete fixed constructions such as All-on-4, among other things.
Your denture from our own lab.
Every prosthesis at Nüvodent is internally designed and manufactured in our own dental laboratory.
This allows your dentist and dental technician to collaborate directly on the fit, shape, and color of your new teeth.
Good to know.
Do I need to get used to a new prosthesis?
Yes. A short adjustment period is normal. The first few days, eating and speaking may feel a bit different. During check-ups, we can further refine the denture.
Can a prosthesis feel loose?
A conventional full denture can move somewhat, especially in the lower jaw. In that case, an implant-retained denture offers significantly more stability.
How long does a prosthesis last?
With proper care, a denture can last for several years. Because the shape of your jaw changes over time, occasional adjustment or relining may be necessary.
Is a prosthesis reimbursed?
For certain removable prostheses, the health insurance fund provides a partial reimbursement, depending on your situation and age.
