What are you going to do?

You bear responsibility for the daily organization, personnel management, and operational functioning of the clinic. In addition, you support the further rollout of new locations in and around Antwerp.

• Managing, coaching, and motivating a young and enthusiastic team (assistants, reception, support)
• Schedules and agenda optimization in collaboration with the dentists
• Administrative and logistical coordination of the practice
• Help develop processes and structures for future locations
• Quality assurance and customer-oriented follow-up

Patient reception and communication

What are you going to do?

As a dental technician, you are the driving force behind our in-house lab. You work closely with our dentists and specialists to design and produce high-quality restorations from A to Z. In addition, you will further develop the lab, both internally and for external collaborations with other practices.

• Designing, milling, and finishing crowns and bridgework via CAD/CAM (zirconium, lithium disilicate, PMMA, and more)
• Deployment across all facets of the lab: model making, aesthetic finishing, implant prosthetics, and 3D printing
• Optimize digital workflows and lab processes
• Maintain contact with dentists, suppliers, and partners
• Help shape the growth of the lab and the commercial rollout to external clients

• Diploma in dental technology or equivalent experience
• Experience with CAD/CAM systems, for example Exocad, 3Shape, Sirona or similar
